针对上次来求助的案件，
小妹自行拟了一份授权书，
但针对授权内容的部分完全没有概念QQ
想麻烦板上各位前辈帮忙检查
看哪些地方需要修改~ 感谢各位!

The undersigned principal hereby authorizes Ms. polabearlian as the
Principal’s true and lawful agent (the Agent) with the full power and
authority to execute the following matters on Principal’s behalf:
a. To represent and practice Principal’s legal rights
in Taiwan in any legal suits or actions against Creation Cell Co., Ltd.,
Big Good Design Co., Ltd., or any other relevant parties related to VAGO case.
b. To substitute as Principal to deliver applications or appeals,
participate legal affairs, and deliver resolutions in Taiwan
in any legal suits or actions against Creation Cell Co., Ltd.,
Big Good Design Co., Ltd., or
any other relevant parties related to VAGO case.
c. Principal agrees and understands that Republic of China (Taiwan)
government and courthouse have the authority to deliver judgement
according to the laws of Republic of China (Taiwan) in Taiwan.
The Principal represents and warrants that the Principal shall take full
responsibility without objection in related to any dispute between the
Principal and the Agent arising from the Power of Attorney and/or any matter
contemplated herein.
授权人因无法亲自来台处理下列事务，
特此授权 polabearlian 小姐针对以下事项於中华民国台湾地区代为决行：
甲、於台湾地区针对VAGO商品与有关人等
(包含但不限於创意兴业有限公司及其负责人等)
之相关法律行为代表并实行法定权利。
乙、代表授权人於台湾地区针对VAGO商品与有关人等
(包含但不限於创意兴业有限公司及其负责人等)
之法律行为进行请求或上诉、实行法律行为并代为决行。
丙、授权人了解并同意中华民国政府与中华民国法院
在其管辖/审判权范围内，有权依据中华民国法律进行判决。
授权人充分了解授权内容，并愿意自行承担与接受所有後续衍生之法律裁决。
