依国际法，邻海国对其领海内之水体、上空、海床与底土具支配管辖权。
并得於特定情况，对外籍船舶与航空器有否准其通过领海之权 (？)
(PS.外国籍「非军用」「船舶」得无害通过他国领海。但须限於「无害」的情况。)
