时间: 12月到明年3月，约满後可续租。
租金：$1800。 包家具，包水电。
随时可以约了看房。现在有两个建筑师的男生室友，新好男人，会做菜。
社区有完善的设备，游泳池，健身房，会议中心，聊天喝茶的地方，24 小时保全系统，
电车充电的地方。应有尽有。文末有现况照片。
