嗨，我们是一对情侣，想要再找一个女生合租Irvine company 2B2B的房子，你有自己一
个房间(unfurnished), 卫浴和车位，客厅是空的要分租出去可以再讨论。目前大概看了
三个communities:
1. Brittany (apartment里有自己的洗衣机和烘衣机)
2. Rancho San Joaquin
3. Park west (move in date 9/27)
Price:
$1300~1350 +utility (master bedroom with private bathroom)
$1200左右+utility (second bedroom with private bathroom)
Move in Date: 8/19-9/2。
