标题[问题] 推荐的personal trainer

最近积极的上健身房 瘦了很多下来不过感觉增肌的效果不是很好 很想试试看请健身教练 也想要接触free weight training 不知道大家有没有推荐的教练在 Rowland Height , Arcadia or Pasadena 区域的呢？
我可以进LA 跟 24 fitness
