标题[租屋] 蒙市靠近ELAC套房出租

租屋时间: 4月底/5月初开始
走路10分钟到ELAC，走路3分钟到公园，公园里面有游泳池和球场。开车3分钟到Ralph's/
Walgreens/大创/Wellsfargo，附近很多餐厅，也靠近metro 红线，生活机能好，开车到d
owntown很方便。
全新装修套房，从屋顶到地板都是新的，洗手台、马桶、灯、淋浴间、电线、水管、门、
窗等等都全新，刚通过city 审核。屋内有洗/烘衣机，附off-street parking，唯一的缺
点是房间稍小。
适合爱乾净、负责任的单身女性，简炊，无宠物，谢绝过夜访客。
房租$950/月含utilities（水/电/网路/瓦斯/网路/垃圾费。另有雅房一间，$800/月含ut
ilities，和一位USC女学生共用厕所。
