标题[租屋] Irvine徵2B2B室友入住Irving Company Apt

租屋时间: 10月底开始一年lease
预算: ~$2300/month for 2Br2Bath, evenly split with utils
小弟正职人士因为新工作关系要搬到Irvine. 无不良习惯以及喜欢维持整洁.
还有很乖的小比熊狗一只, 训练过也从来不乱叫.
现在预计十月底/十一月初开始上班. 看了很多Apt by The Irving Company
後了解到找个室友share 2Br2Bath 是空间大又划算的方案, 所以在此成徵一
位室友. 目前看到类似Estancia的layout Plan K - Kensington (500 Estancia
Irvine, CA 92620). 也欢迎其他类似Apt的建议, 只要有garage parking or
underground covered parking.
预算在2B2Br for ~$2300 一个月, 平分租金跟utitlities.
