附近有网球场，公园，地点安静生活机能方便
租屋时间: 11/2015起ㄧ年约
徵求室友1位, 月租$500 + utilities (internet, gas, electric combined about
$50/month), internet speed is at 60MBPS.
两层楼的公寓出租楼下一个房间，(楼下是有卫浴但好像不能洗澡？）所以要跟我ㄧ起sha
re 卫浴(最好是女生啦）因为我也是可能比较方便
厨房客厅都很大
