2.二间雅房$600及$650包水，电，瓦斯，网路，家俱. （若有带小冷气费用另计，未包车位，走路５分钟可到学校
3.离CSUF(Fullerton) & Troy High School走路５分钟 & 57F & 91F 开车约３分钟
1.Location:enter Ranch Rd from the State College Blvd and turn right into Concord Ave.
2.one single room is $600 and the other one is $650(bigger) includes utility, gas, internet, and funiture (without A/C，no parking lot included)
3. 5 mins walking to CSUF, Troy High School, and 3mins driving to 57F, and 91F
