and security building) and convenient, (1 minute walk to bus stop and
supermarket, 10 minutes walk to post office and SM library, 15 minutes by
bus to UCLA, beach and Third Street Promenade) washer and dryer in apartment,
full kitchen available, monthly maid service in common area, shared utilities.
(gas & electric) Rent is $725 dollars per month plus deposit. (Month to month
lease after 1 year leasing)
