不好意思回旧文, 想请问之前有买机票的LA版友, 是否有人被charge
Foreign Transaction Fee?
我打去CITI问, 他们说是马航charge的, 他们没办法waive掉, 我对citi很失望.
打去马航的CS, 她给了一个email要我写信去问处理online order的部门,
我刚才写信去问了, 大意是说不知道这个是international transaction,
而且其他航空公司也没这笔fee, 如果他们有回应, 我会再来update 後续.

For cross border transaction, you may be charged an additional fee by
your credit card issuing bank, which will be between 0.5%-1.5% on top
of the total online transaction fee. This policy is imposed by certain
banks for cross-border transactions and shall be reflected in your
upcoming credit or statement from your issuing bank. A cross border
transaction occurs when a purchase is made in a currency different from
the credit card used.
For example, a US Dollar credit card is used for Malaysia Ringgit transactions
and vice versa. For more information, please contact your issuing bank.
看来双方都打算不认帐.
