At this point the Knicks are looking good and have gone beyond many expectations. With all the good play the Knicks have produced on the court there still is some concern about the Knicks needing a backup point guard. 新的一年，尼克在这个联盟中是前段班，就这点来看，尼克表现的不错， 而且超出预期。尼克在场上打得很好，不过有一点需要关心的是-- 他们需要一名替补控球後卫。 The reason many have called for a good backup point guard is: 原因: 1. Raymond Felton is playing too many minutes. If the Knicks had a good backup point guard Felton would not have so much weight on him to long so many minutes. This season Raymond Felton is averaging 39 minutes a game. A good backup can help Felton keep fresh legs in the 4th quarter to close out games. 1.肥顿太操了，如果有一名不错的替补控卫的话，肥顿就不需要负担这麽多 在这麽长的时间里，可以让他的腿在第四节保持新鲜，替比赛关门。 本季肥顿场均39分钟。 2. The second problem is whenever Raymond Felton goes to the bench Toney Douglas runs the point. Even though Douglas does not turn the ball over too much there seems to be poor ball movement when he runs the show. So far the success of the team has been in games where the Knicks distribute the ball well. However, the problem is when Douglas gets in the game he looks to score more than setting his teammates up so they can score. 2.当肥顿休息的时候，TD上来打控球後卫，酸然他不会有太多的失误，不过 此时场上球的流动性却差了很多。到目前为止，这支球队的成功建立在良好 的团队合作上面，但是当TD打控球的时候，他好像比较倾向自己得分，而不 是协助队友得分。 So far this season when Felton is out of the game the offense is stagnant. The players tend to stand around when Douglas runs the point and the offense becomes more of a one-on-one game, which discourages team ball. 当肥顿休息时，进攻停滞。当TD打控卫时，球队流於单打，这不是团队篮球。 Now the big question is should the Knicks really go for a backup point who in the long run may not get playing time? I really don’t see how the Knicks can go for a really good backup point guard without the Knicks giving up talent. Another obstacle for the Knicks getting a backup point guard is the really good guards have long contracts attached to them. Therefore getting a backup will be a huge problem for the Knicks going into the 2011 off-season. 现在的问题是，尼克真的需要找一个最终可能没甚麽上场时间的替补控卫吗? 我(作者)真的不知道尼克要怎麽得到一名好的替补控卫又能够不送出他们有 天赋的球员。另一个阻碍是，要怎麽找到一个好的替补控卫却没有很长的合约， 在薪资空间与控卫补强上面是很难抉择的。 At the end of the day the Knicks do not really need a backup point guard that may cost them in the long run. The best option right now is to coach Toney Douglas to pass and make good decisions when he is on the court. We have seen Douglas make good passes to Amar’e and Turiaf and getting them involved in the game. 目前应该做的是，教导TD当一名真正的控卫，做出好的传球和正确的选择。我们 也看过TD传出过不少漂亮的助攻，帮助队友参与进攻。 What we need is for Douglas to learn to get his other teammates involved in the game when he is on the court. Right now it is not about talent. Douglas has the talent to make passes but his mindset still has to change to actively get the other teammates involved. 我们需要的是让TD学会如何让队友融入比赛当中。TD缺少的不是才能，他需要改变 他的心态，来积极的让其他队友进入比赛。 Overall, I would rather have the Knicks work on Douglas than take on a contract of a backup point or lose talent just to get a backup. 总体而言，我希望让TD做好控卫的工作，而不是送出一些有天份的球员只为了替补， 或是签一名替补来而卡住薪资空间。 我是觉得6-2的TD如果你不把他养成PG，当SG的话身材又有劣势.. 慢慢练吧0.0 对了..最近传出Camby的乳摸，不过机会很小啦.. --
