Allan Houston said he felt some soreness in his knees after the Knicks’
practice yesterday. “But it was nothing that I couldn’t get through once
you get going,” he said. Houston, 36, signed with the Knicks on Wednesday
and practiced with them for the first time on Friday. He is attempting a
comeback after missing two years because of knee problems.
Coach Isiah Thomas
said he already had a good sense of whether Houston would make the 15-man
roster, but he did not elaborate.
