But a few overall big roster problems generally stick out. First and foremost, it's paramount that they get better defensively next season. Particularly, the team was awful defending in transition, as they gave up more points than any other team in the NBA in that situation according to Synergy. There are no playmakers on that side of the ball for this team. They finished 27th in forced turnover rate, and they struggled to get out on spot-up shooters as they gave up the third-most 3-point attempts in the league. If he fell to No. 6, it would be hard to see why they would pass on him, given his value and schematic fit. Cauley-Stein would be a pretty perfect fit defensively with Cousins, hopefully allowing the big man to take on easier defensive assignments that fit his skillset better. There would be some offensive problems while Cauley-Stein gets used to more plays in the pick-and-roll (Kentucky used it rarely last season), but this would also be a terrific fit. They would combine to give the Kings a lot of athleticism and versatility, and would also have the potential to really shoot the ball if Winslow and McLemore could keep developing in that regard. That kind of lineup screams "George Karl" to me. He wouldn't help their defense at all, but he'd have a good chance of reaching his ceiling with this team. First and foremost, it seems like this team wants to win soon to prove to Cousins that they're moving in the right direction. Porzingis is a terrific long-term prospect, but it might take him two years to really adjust to the NBA physically and speed-wise. Second, I don't think he'll be here for them when their pick comes around, as the Magic and Sixers seem pretty high on him. Trade down: To me, this is more likely, although I don't know that I see it happening. There are a lot of options here, so moving down a couple of spots could still ensure them getting one of their guys. Ty Lawson is sitting there on the trade market, and we know that he is a perfect fit with George Karl. He's also probably just straight up worth the sixth overall pick. He has two years remaining on his deal, and he's pretty close to being an elite offensive point guard in this league. The Kings would probably be lucky to get someone as good as Lawson with this pick in a couple of years. Plus, he's young enough still to where you can continue to build around him once his contract runs up after two seasons. If Divac decides the time is right to make a move, I don't think anyone could say that they didn't see it coming, at the very least. 老迪已经说他不会把胖子交易掉的，不过这潜在的可怕念头在未来几季中也许还是会出现 高层的决定之中--要嘛国王队变成赢家让胖子很爽，要嘛让胖子受够高层乱搞的毛病 要求闪人。如果老迪真的作出这决定，最起码没人敢说不可能发生吧。 It's also worth noting that, flat out, we have absolutely no idea what Divac values in prospects, which gives this pick the potential for some fireworks. If Mudiay is gone and he decides in concert with Karl that a point guard is a necessity, maybe someone crazy like Cameron Payne ends up in play here. Maybe they fall in love with Myles Turner's size, shooting ability, and potential to protect the rim next to Cousins. We just don't know yet what kind of basketball ops guy Vlade will be. 大家现在也还没确定老迪怎麽评价这些潜力股，在选秀会会作什麽惊人之举。如果Mudiay 被选走了，在跟Karl的合作下控球後卫是个必须的要素，也许Cameron Payne最终会来国王 也说不定。也或许他们会对Myles Turner的身体条件、投篮能力、能在胖子旁保护篮框的 潜力一见锺情。我们还不知道老迪会是个什麽样的篮球营运部门管理人。 个人意见 前几天看到的，今天闲来无事翻一下。乱翻後面更乱翻，有错请指正，重点是一起讨论。 --
