Russian shooting guard Dmitry Kulagin is receiving interest from the
Sacramento Kings and is seriously considering coming to the NBA, a source
told Yahoo Sports.
Kulagin, 22, averaged 7.3 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.2 assists for Russia BC
Triumph Lyubertsy last season. The 6-foot-6, 195-pounder, who was not
selected in the 2014 NBA draft, is no longer draft eligible. He could be
signed as a free agent, though his NBA team would be subject to buyout terms
from his Russian team.
Kulagin is currently on Russia BC Zenit Saint Petersburg's roster. The Moscow
native was also on the World Team roster during the 2012 Hoop Summit.
