NYC's Apollo Theater to induct Michael Jackson and Aretha Franklin into its
Hall of Fame.

The late King of Pop and the Queen of Soul will be honored with the Apollo
Legends Hall of Fame on June 14 at the historic Harlem theater.
Michael Jackson在60年代末与他的兄弟们，首次在阿波罗歌剧院的「业余艺术家之夜（
Amateur Nights）」中演出。其後他们赢了，而他们以Jackson 5身份的职业生涯亦随即

Jackson first performed at the Apollo at its Amateur Night with his brothers
in the late 1960s. They won, and their career as the Jackson Five was
launched.

Franklin is scheduled to attend the ceremony.
过去入选名人堂的名人包括Quincy Jones，Patti LaBelle以及Ella Fitzgerald。
