我才知道 Ticketmaster已经准备要发出货单给FedEx
不过我跟推文的几个网友一样没有收到准备出货通知的e-mail
後来我用简短的破英文发一封 e-mail询问 Ticketmaster
关於为何没有收到Michael Jackson Opus 寄送通知的mail,
这边提供给还没收到寄送通知的MJ迷对ticketmaster的服务窗口:
e-mail 如下:

另一个e-mail
[email protected]
以上两个建议都发,发送完问题後,会有一封自动回覆的 mail 如下
Thank you for your e-mail. Your message has been forwarded to
one of our Customer Service Representatives who will be happy to assist you.
You should receive a reply within 24 hours; however,
due to fluctuations in email volume, there may be a slight delay.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
大概是说,这个系统会自动将你的问题转寄给ticketamster的客服
我昨晚询问,刚刚就收到回函了:
Thank you for contacting us regarding order number xx-xxxxx/xxx.
Your Michael Jackson Opus will be delivered by FedEx.
Prior to shipping the book, you will receive an email with your tracking number
and information about who to contact should there be a problem with the
shipment.
跟MJJ的mail内容差不多....希望自己和大家都能顺利的收到书~
