When asked about the moving song, "Jesus Is Love," which he sang at Jackson's public memorial, Richie said: 问到为甚麽在老大告别式唱Jesus is Love I see the picture of me out there singing [and] I remember mother Katherine’s face only.” 我当时记得的只有Katherine的脸 Asked if he was affected at all about the way in which Jackson died, Richie responded: 问到是否受到老大死去的影响 You know, the interesting part about death is the time we should have been really paying attention was while he was living,” Lionel said. " It doesn’t really matter whether it was one pill, three pills, five pills, eight pills. It doesn’t matter.
