标题[问题] 关於ticketmaster的纪念票选项

关於官网上的退票页面

它底下有三个选项可以选, 想请问
如果option1选择了n/a
option2我选择了souvenir tickets与张数
意思是它会扣掉包裹及处理费 , 退剩下余额, 然後把门票寄给我当纪念这样吗?
还是说他会连票面的价值(???)一起扣掉呢, (MJ的票当然是无价的!!!)
我真的很想要纪念票, 可是又搞不清楚他到底票面价值会扣多少,
希望英文好的MJ迷们能帮我解答, 我已经买MJ产品买到快破产了,
但还是希望尽可能的保留这些票, 拜托大家了 , 谢谢 > <
下面是退票页面的选项
(Option 1 - Full Refund Only)
Please select from the box below if you would like to receive a full refund
on all tickets (inclusive of per ticket service charges and per booking order
processing fees). If you do not want this option please select n/a.
这个选项有 N/A与FULL REFUND
(Option 2 - Souvenir Ticket(s)/Partial Refund)
Please select from the boxes below if you would like to receive some or all
of your booking as a souvenir ticket(s). I'm aware if I select to receive
only part of my booking as a ticket(s) I will receive a partial refund. If
you do not want this option please select n/a.
这个选项有 souvenir tickets与n/a
Now please select from the drop down menu below to confirm how many ticket(s)
from your booking you wish to receive as a souvenir.
这个选项可以选择张数或n/a
另外还说,
For all package bookings, if you have selected the second option to receive
your ticket(s) we will only charge you for the face value of the ticket(s),
the order processing fee and the service charge. The remaining balance will
be refunded to your Credit or Debit card used at the time of booking

2F：推 bluebabe:1.全额退费 2.纪念票（但是订N张的可以退1~N张) 07/17 23:55
3F：→ bluebabe:退几张就还那部分的票价 3.套票(VIP票)若要纪念票 07/17 23:56
4F：→ bluebabe:会扣票面价（就是座位的价格) 跟手续费，其他退费 07/17 23:57
5F：→ bluebabe:总之 要纪念票 当初订多少价格的座位就是多少了 07/17 23:58
