#因近期机房的网络稳定度不高，常造成玩家断线，故迁移机房。预计明日
(8/4)下午 2：00～4：00 将进行服务器迁移，若因故需要延长停机时间，
将不另行公告。造成您的不便请见谅！
#因通缉对发布者可能过於有利，预计近期检讨通缉，可能选项包含：
1. 增高通缉发布者的个人金币支出。
2. 被通缉者可以使用金币来消除通缉。
若您对此有意见，无论反对或赞成，欢迎回报提出。
#Server Moving
Because the facility is unstable nearby, it usually
makes the player lag. We decided to move the server to
another facility. 2:00 PM～4:00 PM Tommorrow(8/4) the
game-service will be shutdown for moving to the new
facility. Sorry for your inconvenience.
#As the ARREST may be too beneficial to the issuer, it
is expected that ARREST will be reviewed in the near
future. Possible options include:
1. Increase the spending Gold of the ARREST issuer.
2. The player who is arrested can use gold to
delete the WANTED.
If you have any opinions on this, whether against or in
