#增加: 在PK区域可拒绝复活
#增加: 显示威力圈的冷却时间
#修正: 在使用躲藏到躲藏生效的期间，使用不是杀手可学习的法术，会导致躲藏失败
#Fix : Can reject regeneration in PK area.
#Fix : Showing cooling time of power_circle.
#Fix : Hide will fail by using spell that not assassins can learn
during the period from the using hide to hide effective.
