如果我的上一张专辑--「陈洁仪的异想世界」，是在讲有关梦想和飞逝的情 感，这张的「懂得」是在说有关人与人之间的爱、生活以及气息。我时常努 力在生活中，尝试着真实表达我自己，但是，有些时候我却不知如何在「音 乐」上呈现这个部分。我花了许多时间才找到属於自己的方法，去试图懂得 爱、生活以及气息，而我相信我已经找到正确的一条路。 不要问我，这张专辑是一种什麽样的音乐，因为它不是单一的，我只能说， 它是甜美的，具有音乐性的，总之也有一点感伤，如天气般的多变吧！！ 这张专辑，要特别献给在我生命中非常重要的三个男人，我的男友，他是我 所有的灵感和在我生命中最美好的泉源。 潘协庆，是我非常独特的朋友，他经常提醒我要多爱自己一些。 制作人Case，他是一个很棒的朋友，他的才华，永远令人感到惊讶！！ 我爱你们 洁仪 -- You were content to let me shine, that's your way.
