S.p.A., following the agreement signed on 5 September 2020, has exercised the option rights for the definitive acquisition of the registration rights of the player Cristian Romero for a consideration of € 16 million, to be paid in three financial years. Juventus宣布Atalanta依据2020年09月05日达成的协议，以分3个财务年度支付16M 欧元的转会费用行使球员Cristian Romero之买断权。 This operation generates a negative economic effect of approximately € 4.8 million on the 2020/2021 financial year due to the partial write-down of the net book value of the player’s registration rights. 由於折旧，此项操作在2020/2021财务年度产生约4.8M欧元的负面效果。 -- Cristian Romero是在2019年夏转时以26M从Genoa购入并签署5年合约，因此若将 Atalanta的买断列计於2020/2021年度，即表示Juventus在C. Romero的5年合约内仅 实际持有第1年即2019/2020年度，於是在2020/2021年度这26M就有1/5的折旧，因此 在2020/2021赛季C. Romero对Juventus来说就是26M * 4/5 = 20.8M的资产，而当此 20.8M资产在2020/2021赛季被以16M出售，单纯只看资产不管是否要给Genoa的额外 费用、租借费、薪资，对於财务年度就是16M - 20.4M = (-4.8M)的影响。 然後离开Juventus前往Tottenham Hotspur任职的Fabio Paratici就来做这笔生意 了，据传该队将以50M与额外最多5M的费用向Atalanta购入Cristian Romero。 但事情还没完，据传接下来Atalanta即将向Juventus申租另一位风格接近的中後卫 Merih Demiral，且一样会附带可买断的条款。 --
