Having chosen to make a plea bargain in order to limit the damage of an antiquated and contradictory system of sporting justice, one is confronted with a dictatorial system that deprives the club and its employees of any right to defend themselves and their honour. 为了减轻因循陈腐又自相矛盾的体育仲裁带来的伤害而选择的认罪协商，却遭到 这独裁的体育仲裁体系剥夺了Juventus以及其雇员扞卫自身及荣誉的所有权利。 让我又我再一次体会到阐释今日顶级职业game之必要条件的无力感。 It is the respectability of individuals that is being put in danger and therefore it is up to them to have the final say on the decisions to be made, in the knowledge that Juventus will support them at every level of the judicial system. 基於身陷险境的个人之尊重，以及Juventus将会在所有层次的司法程序上给予支持 的前提，最终的选择交由各人决定。 It will be a tough and demanding season, but as a club we remain entirely focused on the team’s performances on the pitch and our target is once again to win trophies come May 2013. 这将会是个困难且严峻的赛季，但身为一支球队我们将保持完全专注於球队的场上 表现，而我们的目标再次为在2013年五月(赛季结束时)赢得各项奖盃。 --- 稍微简述一下状况： 接续昨天的法庭。首先Conte一方决定不再次提出认罪协商，这决定将导致进一步的 调查与审判等等法律程序，而Conte大概在後续的法律程序也得亲自上法庭了。 当地(义大利罗马)时间近下午四点时，主教练Conte与助理教练Alessio都被检察官 Palazzi求处了一年又三个月(也就是15个月)的球监刑期。 然後Agnelli立刻(真的是立刻，没隔几分钟)就在Juventus官网发布了这篇批评，而 两个小时後FIGC也在网站上提出声明回击，虽然是义大利文不过靠软体翻译结果， 看来大意是警告Agnelli发言抗议不要超线，还说这就是前几天Agnelli所想要的 厘清真相的仲裁。总之就是口水战。 如果说Conte与Alessio因为被指控知情不报而求处15个月的话，那相同指控的Pepe 应该是会稍微轻一些，因为检察官说这个量刑有考虑到身为教练而加重。那麽， 被指控踢假球的Bonucci呢？如果这两位球员提出认罪协商呢？而认罪协商会不会 又被纪律委员会否决呢？ Agnelli这篇虽然算是口水战，但大致上还是有点价值，至少可以看出先前之所以 打算认罪协商只是单纯想要降低影响。後续要不要继续认罪协商还是上诉等等取决 各人这点其实也不意外，毕竟案发当时与Juventus没有关联。 法庭还会继续开，应该还需要几天时间所有球队、职员、球员的起诉才会都明朗。 据说预计义大利超级盃之前会完成起诉的部分。 想看Conte、Alessio在场边指挥、Bonucci上场踢球的话，就得多关注最近的季前 热身友谊赛罗，不知道判决什麽时候会下来。至於受伤的Pepe大概就...... 虽然离判决还有很多程序，不过谁会暂时接替Conte已经开始吵了。有一说是跟 Agnelli私交不错目前又赋闲在家的Fabio Capello；而曾在Juventus同期效力的 两位前锋Gianluca Vialli与Fabrizio Ravanelli(两位都是1992-1996在Juve)也 被认为是可能的人选；当然青年队主帅Marco Baroni也是个方案。看经验的话， 应该是Capello > Vialli > Baroni > Ravanelli。不过既然Agnelli都说了会 给予Conte支持，那麽在判决明朗之前应该不会太快有消息......吧。 -- ※ 编辑: dimhdp10 来自: 114.35.165.64 (08/03 04:21)
