Juventus have formally announced the sale of Sweden international
centre-back Olof Mellberg to Greek side Olympiacos.
The 31-year-old only joined the Bianconeri last summer,
but the signing of Fabio Cannavaro put his future in doubt.

He made 27 appearances for Juventus last season and scored two goals.

According to a statement released to the stock exchange,
the Bianconeri will receive ￡2.1m for Mellberg in two instalments.
转会费两百万应变分两期支付。
Juventus will also receive ￡430,000 should Mellberg win
the Greek Super League while playing for Olympiacos.
如果奥林匹亚库斯拿下联赛冠军还能多赚四十万英镑。
Considering the Thrylos have won the last three championship
titles in Greece, Juventus can expect to receive that ￡430,000
sooner rather than later.
