Juventus director Jean-Claude Blanc has criticised
the spendthrift transfer policies of Milan and Inter
and has a different plan for the Bianconeri.
总经理 Blanc 批评米兰双雄在转会上挥霍无度的政策，说明 JUVE 有不同的打算。
The Old Lady are expected to invest heavily in reinforcements this summer,
with Palermo hitman Amauri already close to agreeing a switch to Turin.
一般预期 JUVE 将在今夏砸大钱增援。
However, Blanc is determined that the Cadetti champions won't jeopardise
the long-term future of the club by spending recklessly.
然而 Blanc 坚定表示不会鲁莽地花大钱导致危及球会长期的未来。
“The fans understand that 100km away from Turin
there are two very strong and rich clubs,” he said.
「球迷都了解在距离都灵一百公里外有两家非常强大且富有的球会。」
“Inter's Massimo Moratti has lost millions over the last five or six years
and Silvio Berlusconi doesn't have cash flow problems at Milan –
if he wants a player, he buys him.
「Inter 的 Moratti 在过去五、六年已经损失了数百万元，
而 Berlusconi 的 Milan 根本不会有现金流的问题，
如果他想要一个球员，他就刷下去了。」
“But we are different. The Juve fans are proud to have a club
that don't operate that way.
「但是我们不同，JUVE 球迷为拥有一家不这麽运作的俱乐部感到骄傲。」
“In 20 years' time when there isn't a Moratti or a Berlusconi,
what will happen to Inter and Milan?
「约莫二十年後，当没有了 Moratti 或是 Berlusconi，
Inter 跟 Milan 会发生什麽事？」
“It's the same thing with Roman Abramovich at Chelsea.
That's why our models are Manchester United, Arsenal, Real Madrid
and Barcelona.”
「对於 Abramovich 所在的 Chelsea 也是同一回事，
这就是为何我们的模范是 Manchester United、Arsenal、Real Madrid、Barcelona。」
After a year of exile in Serie B, Juve are back amongst the elite
and are set to secure Champions League football for next term.
在流放义乙一年之後，JUVE 重回顶级联赛并即将确保来季欧冠席次。
“However negative the aftermath of Calciopoli was,
a year in Serie B was useful,” Blanc insisted.
「无论在电话门事件後状况多麽负面，在义乙待一年还是很有帮助。」
“It helped us to see who we could rely on
and who we couldn't as a club and as a team.
「它让我们看见作为一家球会与一只球队，谁是能够仰仗的，而谁不能。」
“I am not amazed that we are headed for third place
because I was immediately aiming for Champions League qualification
and therefore a top-four finish.
「对於我们将拿到第三名我毫不惊讶，
因为我直接就瞄准了欧冠资格赛，也就是前四名的位置。」
“The real challenge was to try and finish closer to first than fourth.
「真正的挑战是去尝试更接近首位而非第四位。」
“When I said that it would take five years to rebuild this squad I meant
that it would take five years to rebuild to the level of 2006,
and that will happen piece by piece.
「当我说重建球队需要五年时，我指的是重建到2006年的水准，这将会一步步发生。」
“But as far as winning again, the hope is that will happen before.
「不过只要再次取得胜利，希望就是一切将提前发生。」
“To do so we need a mixture of champions and youth.
Last Friday I met all our youth Coaches and reminded them
that our priorities don't change, we want to create a Ronaldinho
rather than buying one.”
「要成就此事我们需要调合冠军球员与年轻人，
上周五我跟所有青年队的教练会谈过，提醒他们我们的优先顺序仍没有改变，
我们要创造属於自己的 Ronaldinho，而不是去买一个。」
