Juve explain Ranieri choice

Juventus have revealed they handed Claudio Ranieri
the manager's job ahead of three or four other candidates.
The former Chelsea boss took charge of the Bianconeri on Monday,
ending any hope Manchester City had of luring him to Eastlands.
Ranieri won many plaudits in leading Parma to Serie A safety this season,
and won the prestigious post ahead of a number of unnamed contenders,
according to Juve chief officer Jean-Claude Blanc.
Ranieri 本季空降 Parma 帮助球队成功保级赢得许多掌声，
也使他在众多不知名竞争者中胜出，拿到 JUVE 主教练的职位。
"We made this choice after a professional evaluation,"
Blanc told the Italian press. "We believe that this one
is the best possible solution for Juve's present and future.
Blanc 说：「我们在专业评估後做出这个选择，
我们相信这对 JUVE 的现在与未来是最好的可能解答之一。」
"His attitude and behaviour then,
are following the style we want to give to our club.
「他的态度与举止正遵循了我们想要给予自家球会的风格。」
"I think Ranieri believed in our plan; he's the right man
to build a team that could be a mix of champions and young players.
「我认为 Ranieri 相信我们的计画，
要打造一只能够结合冠军球员与年轻小将的球队，他是合适的人选。」
"In our list there were another three or four names,
but the end choice we took was Ranieri.
I have no intention of revealing who were the other names.
「在我们的名单上曾有另外三到四个名字，但是最後我们选择了 Ranieri，
我可没打算透露其他那几位的名字。」
"The sporting plan we presented Ranieri is the same we had offered
to Deschamps; a contract until 2010 with salary practically the same.
「我们呈现给 Ranieri 的体育计画跟我们提供给 Deschamps 的一样，
一纸到2010年的合约与年薪也差不多相同。」
"Didier didn't consider it enough, everyone makes his own choices
and takes his own responsibilities."
「Deschamps 认为这样不够，每个人都能自己做选择且自负责任。」

当然，这只是官话，台面下高层考量的因素究竟是什麽不得而知，
但是不得不说，Blanc 这番话很得体，也进一步解释了 Deschamps 离去的原因。
另，我承认自己对 Ranieri 信心不足，不过就如同我之前讲过的，
我不觉得此刻有什麽太好的人选，我们也没有筹码挖角履历表更精彩的教练，
虽然 Ranieri 本季在 Parma 的奇迹不容抹煞，而且他顶多是带过准豪门，
（准豪门指的是 Valencia、Chelsea，绝无冒犯之意，
这两队当时在各自联赛上的名望确实跟 JUVE 在义大利的角色有差距。）
但是他的为人确实符合现在的要求，圆滑温和的作风应该能挺住压力与批评，
更重要的是我一直很欣赏他买人练兵的眼光，这解决了我在3193篇最後的担忧。
（Mendieta、Albelda、Angulo、Claudio Lopez、Canizares、Lampard、Gallas、
Duff、John Terry、Joe Cole、Makelele、Cech、Gudjohnsen…
上面这票都是 Ranieri 练起来或是重用後发光或是他挑上买进的球员。）
人都来了，就等来季联赛开踢有赛果再谈吧，
不然 Ranieri 蛮可怜的，什麽都还没做就已经被嫌成这样。 XD
