一、人格＝性格+气质 人格（Personality）包含了「性格（character）、気质（Temperament）、 兴味、态度、価値観などを含む、个人の统合体である」 （参「人格」之日文wiki；Gordon Willard Allport的观点）。 气质（Temperament）偏先天及情感层面，较不可改变，出於古希腊的「体液学说」； 性格（character）偏後天的社会化过程及认知层面，较有可塑性。 故後面的兴趣、态度、价值观等等，都可按其先天或後天来分别归入气质与性格， 可说是气质与性格的衍伸。 MBTI主要是以性格为主，但也包含气质（外向-内向等）的部份； DISC主要是以气质为主； 九型是以气质为中心； 大五型认为是统合性的，包含了性格与气质的各面向，并且有实证的基础。 二、特质作为性格与气质的指标 上述人格的各个组成元素，心理学以「特质（traits）」来作为其量度或指标。 各种traits可分为三大类（按Allport）： ------------------------------------------------------------------------ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gordon_Allport#Allport.27s_trait_theory Allport's three trait levels are: 1. Cardinal trait - This is the trait that dominates and shapes a person's behavior. These are the ruling passions/obsessions, such as a need for money, fame etc. 2. Central trait - This is a general characteristic found in some degree in every person. These are the basic building blocks that shape most of our behavior although they are not as overwhelming as cardinal traits. An example of a central trait would be honesty. 3. Secondary trait - These are characteristics seen only in certain circumstances (such as particular likes or dislikes that a very close friend may know). They must be included to provide a complete picture of human complexity. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Cardinal trait应是比较对应先天的「气质（Temperament）」的层面； Central trait跟Secondary trait则是对应後天的「性格（character）」层面-- Central trait偏价值观或品格的部份， Secondary trait偏其他比较不具价值判断或非公共领域中会显现的性格， 对应前述的兴趣、态度，或MBTI中的「S-N」、「T-F」、「J-P」等等。 以下将以MBTI来处理Cardinal trait及Secondary trait， Central trait我是想摆在四种爱的层面来处理； 不过还是会参考DISC、九型、大五型等模型，来避免一些盲点， 或是作为一个持续探索的起点。 三、初步逼近：荣格性格类型的6个特质(traits)对应的神学风格 （参《做神学：一同走进处境神学》Laurie Green，中译2012，页190-205） 四、再整理 -- それはそれ！！これはこれ！！！ 忘记旁边，努力面前！ --
