A good coach always makes sure he has a say in the trading of players and even makes suggestions to the front office. 我知道教练的工作并不是处理球员交易以及签约事宜，但教练拥有话语权。一个好的教 练必须随时确保他在球员的交易中有置喙的权利，甚至在必要的时候给制服组一些建议。 McHale has done nothing as far as trading except for getting rid of one of the more promising young point guards in the league for Marcus Camby. At this point, McHale is their best option as a backup power forward. He is a great TV analyst, but I just haven’t seen his knowledge behind the desk translate into readiness on the court.
