近日，尼克老将控卫Jason Kidd接受了「纽约邮报」的专访，内容大致如下：

Q：你对Anthony, Chandler有什麽了解？
What have you learned about Carmelo Anthony?
Kidd：Everybody talks about his scoring, but I think his IQ of the game, he
understands the game, and he can pass as well as anyone.
每个人都在谈论Anthony的得分能力，但我认为他对比赛的智商，他的理解能力都相当
强，而且他的传球不输任何人。
Tyson Chandler?
That’s my [2011 Mavericks] championship teammate. ... He comes every day to
work, and nothing’s changed after him winning a championship.
Chandler是我的总冠军队友，他每天都非常认真练习，在拿了一个总冠军之後他还是
一点都没变。
Q：尼克距离挑战热火的位置还有多远？
How far is this team away from challenging the Heat?
Kidd：We’ll find out soon. I think the biggest thing is we’re not here to
challenge the Heat, we’re here to challenge the league. We have to make sure
that we take care of ourselves first.
我们很快就会有答案。我想最重要的事情是我们在这里并不是为挑战热火的，我们是
来挑战整个联盟的。我们必须确保首要的任务是管好自己的事情。
Q：当Lebron的合约结束时，如果那时候你还在打球的话，你会招募他到尼克来吗？
When LeBron James’ contract is up, would you recruit him to the Knicks if
you’re still playing?
Kidd：For sure.
当然会。
Q：你还想打多久？
How long do you want to play?
Kidd：I’m gonna try to play my contract out. So I have a three-year deal,
let’s see what happens.
我想试着打完我的合约，所以也就是3年，让我们看看会怎麽样。

顺道一提，此记者也问到Kidd对加入尼克後立即发生酒驾事件的感想
Q: What do you want to tell Knick fans about the DUI?
A: It was a mistake, and it’s an ongoing process right now. It happened, and
it’s in the past, and it was a mistake that took place.
Kidd说此事件已经进入法律阶段，他也很遗憾这样错误的事会发生在他身上
Q: What was the low point of that moment emotionally for you?
A: It was a mistake, and any mistake that you make, I don’t look at it as a
low point, it’s just a lesson learned. No one’s perfect, and it’s
something that you can only grow from.
不过他认为此事件并不算是他近期的情绪低点，但他也从中学到一课：
没有人是完美的，我们也只能从错误中学习成长
