标题[问题] Merry Christmas I Love You 有人翻唱过吗？

今天晚上快十点的时候，
在游泳池的广播听到的这首歌，
曲子就是学友的粤语歌 Merry Xmas I Love You
可是不是学友的歌声、而且是国语的
（不过好像还是有那句 Merry Xmas I Love You）
所以想问问学友的这首歌有人翻唱过吗？是谁翻唱的？
（这真是首应景的圣诞歌啊 XDD）
