【工作内容】
1.Provide timely, sound and practical legal advice and support to the Taiwan,
regional and global business and on projects
2.Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documentation
3.Product (offshore securities and onshore funds) registration and maintenance
and other regulatory filings
【徵求条件】
1.Taiwan legal education - capability to do legal research and law firm
experience preferred
2.Industry experience - fund house experience (preferred)
3.Basic English ability - writing skill preferred

【薪资范围】
※行政院劳委会於96年7月1日起调涨基本工资为月薪17,280元，时薪95元
※无薪资、比照国科会、比照本校规定、面议、电议，薪资不清等水桶一周
最高可上看 200K (依经验谈)
