标题[问题] Walmart的寄送问题

想请问一下，我想在Walmart买东西想寄送到BNS在Portland的免税仓，但不知道为什麽我照
着打但地址好像找不到，不知道什麽问题？

另外，Walmart不是寄送到美国境内免运费吗，怎麽我买了大约45块的东西要大约五块的运费
