但是Roots美国官网付款时一直出现

我是用PayPal 付款的、上个月帮自己买衣服还可以用、这个月就不行了？这样是不是代
表roots锁国际信用卡了、只能使用美国境内卡才行呢？还是说有没有其他方法可以付款
呢？
