标题[问题] eBay 购物运送地址问题

要在ebay上购买汽座，在结帐画面系统总是显示the seller would not ship to your primary shipping address，要我更改密码，已询问卖家表示他们有开启运送台湾选项（have it set up for shipping to Taiwan），ebay客服帮我查看该件商品资料也确定卖家可以运送台湾，客服请我更改浏览器，但我使用safari跟eBay app都一样状况，请问在ebay 购物有遇过这种状况吗？有解决办法吗？谢谢
