标题[问题] 请问有人最近有买amazon 是用I parcel 吗

我3/7用amazon 买了东西，3/11填好I parcel 要我填的身分证那些
但到现在追踪仍停在

原本想说是不是那时候填完没送出成功，但点信里面填身分资料的连结却又显示：Thank you! Your missing information has been collected for AGSIPNJ0008969xxx
看起来是有填好
寄信询问I parcel 客服，还没收到回覆
因为有点久没用amazon 了，不知道这更新速度是不是正常的
