标题[问题] surfdome购物取消

请问在surfdome购物，结果鞋子尺寸买错了
下标当天赶快发mail请他们取消不要出货
但客服回信说货已经在仓库无法阻止
可是我看配送状态显示Ready
还没寄出我也还没收到追踪号码
为什麽不能取消？我又在问一次客服
他还是请我先收货，到时候再寄回来退货
请问到底如何取消订单？ 真的没办法了吗 T _ T
