标题[问题] PAYPAL付款时一直出现错误讯息

今天第一次想使用 PAYPAL 付款，
卡片也都认证完了，
但是下标的网页页面一直出现这个讯息：
Something went wrong when trying to process your payment. Please review the
error message and try again:
Something went wrong when trying to process your payment. You may try again.
一直重新登入选取卡片也一直不成功，不知道该怎麽办？
