标题[问题] ASOS退款问题

之前因为地址问题没收到包裹
後来在2/5收到了ASOS收到退货的来信
以下节录
However, the info on your returns paperwork was incomplete or the paperwork
wasn’t included, so we don't know why you're returning your goods.
To be on the safe side, we've issued a refund back to the payment method that
was used to place your order. Your refund can take 10 working days to reach
your account, depending on your card issuer or bank.
这基本上就坐等银行刷退了吗~?
因为刚好遇到春节假期所以想询问一下有相同经验的板友~
