上星期在ebay上买了一箱二手玩具,重9.2磅 卖方的Global Shipping Program计算出来是42美元 昨天得标了一箱二手玩具,重量跟数量体积~怎麽看都不会比42美元那批多 可是卖方的Global Shipping Program计算出来却是63美元 以下是他回复我的信件: ok, I tried to get a new invoice for you, but the ebay international shipping program is handled by a third party and I don't have any way to change that. I get this message; " you can't send invoice for this order ‧ The item(s) will ship using the Global Shipping Program. As part of the program, buyer directly pays international shipping and import charges to the third-party shipping provider. The buyer will still be able to complete checkout even if you don't send an invoice." 请问这个计算是依据卖家填了什麽资料吗~ 卖家有权选择其他运输方式吗(不要使用gsp...) 我用ebay结标以後那个计算方式 出来结果是International Priority Shipping,37.63美元 落差好大呀... --
