标题[问题] Urban Outfitters可以取消订单吗

在Urban Outfitters只是想试试折扣码能不能用
就一时手滑按到结帐!!!
(那些商品只是先加好玩的，总共六千多!!!)
本来以为订单跟asos一样可以30分钟内取消
但是信上和网站QA都说
" Because it is currently being processed, your order cannot be changed at
this time."
怎麽办! 六千块!
请问有人下订後成功取消过吗?
写信给客服或facebook传讯有用吗? Q___Q
