It's very rare for orders to go missing and we can see this has now happened on several occasions. ASOS have therefore made the decision to not accept any further orders from you. In the event further orders are placed, they'll automatically be cancelled without notification. In order to take this further, we strongly recommend contacting your card issuer to dispute any lost funds. Due to the recent problems on your account, we're no longer able to issue further refunds to you. Your card issuer may be in touch with ASOS and we'll be able to provide previous information regarding your accounts to support their investigations. Once they're happy this is a genuine claim, they may refund your account. If you have any further questions, please let me know - I'll be happy to help. Best wishes, ====== 後来不管怎麽回他都觉得你是来乱的/诈骗之类的 我就只好去问我的发卡公司 他们给我一份文件，填好後会去跟asos做申诉 该文件名称是 "台北富邦银行 持卡人争议交易声明书 C/H’S AFFIDAVIT OF DISPUTE TRANSACTION" (我是用台北富邦的) 中间很多过程就不说了..因为就是跟银行之间很麻烦的文件来往 而你在对帐的过程中，你的帐号完全无法登入所以会查不到任何资料 还好我所有的购买都有做excel表单起来做记录 才比较能对准帐 等到退钱，大概是该年的七八月的事情了...一搞搞了半年 後来我有再重办了一个帐号 但在ASOS买东西也只买了一次，之後就完全不爽不想买了 以上经验提供大家参考 --
