板友们好，昨天晚上在 Tennis Warehouse 订购了两支球拍， 加上运费要 274 美元， 原本以为只要像许多网站提供卡号之类的资讯就好， 但是 Tennis Warehouse 却寄来了一封 E-mail，要求要提供亲笔签名之类的资讯， 全文如下： Thank you for placing an order with Tennis Warehouse! You are welcome to send the information via the following methods: 里面大概就是说，要我提供信用卡正反面的副本、证件或驾照副本， 以及後面这个格式的表格， 这个表格还要求要填入我的亲笔签名、信用卡发卡银行名称、银行地址、银行电话等， 可是我是在台湾，证件难道是要给台湾的身分证或是护照吗？ 而银行的地址和电话等资讯，真的就填入信用卡发卡银行的资讯就好了？ 其实最令人在意的，是要提供信用卡的影本， 不知道在传输的过程中会不会出了什麽意外...... 而且我信用卡签名是中文的，传回去的也是签中文就好吗？ 请问有板友有这个网站的购物相关经验吗？ 谢谢！ 另外请问一下，因为这个价格超过 3000 台币， 是不是寄过来时海关一定会再课 10% 的关税还有 5% 的营业税呢？ 谢谢！ --
