老实说，
是收件人的问题@@
海关所产生的税金，
是收件人这边要负责的，如果因为关税等问题而造成无法递送，
这跟寄件人一点关系都没有的。
寄件人，跟快递公司，都只是帮你负责寄达，
这种情况根本无法预知。
每个国家海关国情不同，应是收件人自己最了解才是。
你这笔最後Amazon应该会仲裁，
但结果应该很难说，要申请信用卡争议款的话，应该会旷日废时。
要有心理准备。
