大家好 我是Gmarket新手 想要请问有没有人遇到类似情况可以帮助我一下 我在去年九月在Gmarket订了四样商品 然後Gmarket说取消我的订单因为 cancellation process due to delay on verify your ID （取自原email） 其中有两样已经退款 但是剩下两样迟迟不退 大约有107500韩币 三个月中 我写了好多信询问 回复都千篇一律 When we sent the message to each seller informing to hold your item's delivery, two sellers ignored the message and sent the items to our warehouse. We sent the two items back to the sellers so we can give you a refund for the items upon the two sellers' notifications that they received the items back, but in fact we never received any reply from them. As of right now we are on a process of confirming whether or not the sellers have received the items back, and the whole process may take a few business days to be completed. 我也尝试打客服电话 （＋82 2 1566 5701）(希望我有打对啊～) 但始终打不通 我已经山穷水尽不知道该怎麽办了？ 有人有类似经验 或者有什麽其他退款经验可以帮忙分享一下吗？ 感激不尽 --
