本人1月中在ebay得标一项商品，得标後也立即付款，因为当时台湾要过新年了，所以 就付了国际快捷的运费，请卖方赶快寄出，希望能赶在农历过年前收到商品，大约过了一 星期後我还没有收到商品，於是写信询问卖家商品是否已经寄出了，但卖方却回信说钱被 paypal hold住，必须等钱入他的帐户他才会将商品寄出，但是我依据他给我的回文必须等 21天钱才会入他的帐户，就是说卖家要二月初才会将商品寄出。我用Paypal交易这麽多次 了，不论是当买方或卖方也从来没有遇到这种状况。请问版上的大大有人有碰过这种情形 吗？我应该开dispute 吗？因为卖家的评价有点少，所以心里有点怕怕的，所以想请教版 上的大大如何处理？谢谢！！ --------------------------------- 以下是卖方的回应文: Ya paypal still has it on hold..
