But as long as the PayPal account is created with U.S. : PayPal's website then it is an American PayPal Account. : 或许这才是版上部分人免费,部分人会被扣钱的理由 : 就是开户网站要相同? 看不懂这是什麽意思？ 我是同时注册两个帐号的 不同的是，一个选地点在台湾，一个选地点在荷兰 到现在为止两帐号互转没被扣过手续费 但曾经有一次一个朋友用美国帐户转到我欧洲帐户 似乎被扣了3.9%，那时我以为是不是因为她使用信用卡 没有去想信用卡的手续费多少就收了，现在对不起来 且时日久远，我现在也查不到了 我觉得问题可能是，台湾不被承认为一个国家 所以选注册地点在台湾，且用台湾信用卡认证的 变成灰色地带（因为台湾银行不能认证） 但是用美国银行认证的，被认为是美国帐户 也就是说，paypal所说的国家，应是以哪国银行认证为主 美国帐户->荷兰帐户 跨国 扣手续费 台湾帐户->美国帐户 国内 台湾帐户->荷兰帐户 国内 这样的话，有人会被扣手续费就可以理解了 以上仅是猜测，请大家验证一下好了 -- 不做有千万个理由 去做，只是一个决定而已 一旦决定，就绝不後悔 --
