标题[问题] 请问AE ACCESS REWARD EAMIL 的 Format

请问一下上一季的AE REWARD
有人用email的 收到的tilte 是什麽阿
之前有请AE寄到我email,他也说寄了..我翻遍信箱也没有
垃圾邮件也都翻过了..用的是Gmail..
後来又请他重发,他也说重发了..可是还是没收到
到底是发生什麽事啊@@
