标题[问题] EBAY突然无法透过PAYPAL付款

11/26号时还可以正常使用PAYPAL支付EBAY得标物品的款项.
结果今天下午要付另一笔刚得标的款项时,从EBAY-MY EBAY-WON
点选PAY IT NOW进行到最後一步,按下CONFIRM PAYMENT後
就出现Your request could not be processed at this time
The service is currently unavailable.
We're sorry you faced an issue. Please click here to try your payment again.
按下try your payment again再适N遍还是一样

我又试了登入paypal-SEND MONEY-EBAY ITEMS-
选择CHECK OUT ON EBAY,则出现Your request could not be processed at this time
We were unable to load your cart.
Go to My eBay to view your recent purchases and payments.

若选择点选If you prefer to pay on PayPal旁的"click here",按下PAY
进行到最後一步按下PAY後,又会出现
Pay for eBay Items

似乎是EBAY的问题,但EBAY会把问题推给PAYPAL,PAYPAL又会说是EBAY
反正似乎是没有绝对可行的解决方法Orz
有人说透过卖方的INVOICE可以成功付款,所以我已经通知卖方这个情形,
但不知道是否会成功.而且我的EBAY COUPON要过期了,如果来不及就损失30几美金啦><
有的buyer只对某seller的物品无法付款,其他seller就没有出现这个问题.
不知道大家有什麽建议呢?
还是我要另外标其他卖家的同商品阿?这样seller之後还可以拿到ebay的相关费用退款吗?
可是我又没办法付款>_<
如果用我注册在台湾的PAYPAL帐号,就又拿不到微软的CASHBACK啦...
