标题[问题] 在国外购物，但是已过了一个月物品还没有收到!!

请教一下各位版友，我在MensUnderwearStore.com
买了内衣。是在九月底买的，後来过了快一个月都没有收到
所以，我就在前几天写信去问。
内容是希望对方给我，邮件的编号这样我才能查到包裹目前
是在那?

说这不是邮件编号，所以查不到。
我也到USPS，利用这组号码去查，也是查无资料。
我想请教大家，接下来我应该如何要做，才能找到我的包裹呢?
或是有可能请对方重新寄给我吗?
P.S 信用卡已经付款了。
